We use Dropbox Replay so all feedback stays in one place and nothing gets lost in emails. This makes reviews quicker, edits faster, and ensures everyone’s input is seen. Meeting a deadline? FLEXIBLE WEATHER POLICY
We know better than anyone else that in the Northern Rivers and South East QLD, the weather can be unpredictable. We plan around the forecast to keep your shoot on track. Weather is reviewed 7 and 3 days before filming – we can always reschedule or adjust timings as needed.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
We need to understand your goals and vision to create the best end product. You don’t have to have a storyboard or script planned out, but we do need to understand your brand, your audience, and the message you would like to send. Our team will work with you to ask the right questions and work to find a creative solution to illustrate that. We can work with your ideas, or we can start from scratch and pitch the ideas to you – it’s completely up to you.
HOW LONG DOES VIDEO PRODUCTION TYPICALLY TAKE?
It depends. Timelines will vary based on the nature and complexity of your project.
Smaller projects can take as little as one week from start to finish. Larger projects can be anywhere from 2-4 weeks, whilst documentary work may be spread out over a period of several months – it all depends on what you’re looking to do.
Based on your specific project requirements, our team will be able to provide you with a more accurate timeframe for completion.
HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED?
We usually aim for three rounds of revisions; however, this is flexible depending on the project’s scope and your unique requirements. We aim to make the editing and review process as flexible and inclusive as possible. Our end goal is to create something you’ll love, which we can be proud of – so we will work with you to make that happen.

Yes, we offer special rates for charities and not-for-profit organisations. We know the important role that charities and NFPs play in our communities, so we do our best to make it more accessible to spread their message with high-quality and accessible video production services in Byron Bay.
