The Project: Headshots & Team Photography in a Single-Day Shoot

ODOO is a Gold Coast based software company that approached Value Imagery for new corporate headshots. The project involved taking new corporate headshots/ team portraits that better reflected who ODOO are, and what it’s like working with them!

Instead of sending the team to an external studio, we turned their office into an impromptu studio (without disrupting workflow). We set up an on-site photography session to capture corporate portraits for their 40-member team, and we did it in a single day shoot.

WHAT WAS INCLUDED:

  • On-Site Studio for a 40-Person Team: We transformed their workspace into a full-scale studio, capturing consistent, professional headshots without causing too much disruption.
  • Studio Lighting: Professional strobes, softboxes, and modifiers to create flattering lighting for portraits.
  • Natural & Candid Direction: To ensure authentic headshots, we guided each team member while they were being photographed. We wanted everyone to feel comfortable and themselves.
  • Brand Identity Alignment: Every image was carefully styled and colour-graded to match ODOO’s corporate brand identity for consistency across the website and socials.
