Depending on the duration of the event, the number of photographers needed and the degree of expertise required, the cost of hiring a corporate event photographer can vary from a few hundred dollars per hour to several thousand dollars for a full-day event with multiple photographers.

Our photographers typically stay for the entire event, from setup and preparation to completion. 

Our corporate event photographers may arrive before the event begins to ensure proper setup, and we have a minimum 2-hour call-out. 

Yes – clients frequently have specific requests for the types of pictures they want to be taken, including headshots, group shots, product photography, or branded videos. It’s essential to inform our photographer in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Typically, booking at least  4-8 weeks in advance is ideal to guarantee a photographer is available and can prepare for the event in time. Reserving a corporate event photographer as early as possible is recommended, like all other vendors.
